Case Study
Objective
Allee Club is a mobile application designed to enhance the in-mall experience for shopping center visitors by combining navigation, content discovery, and engagement features in a single platform.
The goal was to create a seamless and intuitive experience that allows users to easily explore stores, discover campaigns and events, and navigate large shopping centers efficiently.
Process
I was involved in the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from early-stage concept to production.
I worked on defining key features, designing user flows, and creating intuitive interfaces, while aligning with both user needs and business goals.
Throughout the process, I applied a data-driven approach to improve usability and continuously refined the experience based on feedback and product evolution.
I also contributed to building and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the product.
Outcome
The application was successfully launched on the App Store and Google Play as part of a multi-product ecosystem for shopping centers.
The project improved my ability to design for complex environments such as indoor navigation and content-heavy platforms, while strengthening my skills in product thinking, usability, and scalable design systems.
It also provided valuable experience in designing real-world products used by thousands of users.
