Case Study

Objective

Forum Coimbra is a mobile application designed to improve the overall shopping center experience by combining navigation, content discovery, and user engagement features into a single platform.

The goal was to deliver a consistent and intuitive experience while adapting the product to a specific shopping center environment.

Process

I was involved in the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from early-stage concept to product launch.

I worked on defining features, designing user flows, and creating intuitive interfaces aligned with both user needs and business goals.

During the process, I focused on maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem while adapting the experience to the specific needs of this shopping center.

I also contributed to building and evolving scalable design systems to ensure consistency across multiple applications.

Outcome

The application was successfully launched on the App Store as part of a scalable multi-product ecosystem.

This project strengthened my ability to design consistent and adaptable user experiences, while improving my skills in usability, product thinking, and scalable design approaches.
